Through Education and advice, demonstrations and the career opportunities,
I feel a passion about these issues.
The principle function is to promote awareness and appreciation of the highest standards of food, cooking and service by example and education.
Second point and most important objective is to attract young people into eating sensibly. This covers nutrition using fruit and vegetables.
